As students, we often begin a yoga practice seeking mental, emotional or physical benefits. Each time you step on the mat there is an opportunity to examine the relationship between all three of those elements. My goal is to work with you, to create a sustainable practice that will serve you for years to come.
I began my yoga journey at the age of 15. In spite of dancing as child I very rarely felt physically strong or athletic. When a yoga studio opened up near me I tried it on a whim. It was love at first pose, and I found that not only was my body transformed but I was finally able to heal my spirit from years of putting others first. Two years later I became an instructor to share that feeling of empowerment with others.
I want to create an environment where each client can take the time to connect to themselves and their own yoga practice. I believe that no one knows your body better than you. My goal as a teacher is to give you the tools to better understand what you already intuitively know.

A customized session to fit your experience and needs. We'll focus on proper alignment and modifications and build a sustainable practice that can last a lifetime.
Group or private sessions:
1. Vinyasa - Dynamic flow with some static poses.
2. Yin - Long holds supported with props. This allows to safely work into the connective tissues. (Ligaments, fasciae and tendons)
3.Yoga Sculpt - Combine yoga with a strength training and cardio workout.
