How does True Healers work?
It’s simple! Visit the ‘Our Healers’ section of our site and choose between our Mind, Body and Spirit categories. From there, you can browse all of our expert Healer modalities to find the healing service that best fits your needs. Once you’ve found your Healer, click ‘Book Now’ on main menu navigation, select the time you’d like to book (30, 60, 90 or 120-minute session) and select your Healer from the “All Staff” drop-down menu, select the day and time and proceed to payment.

What happens after I book my appointment?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Your Healer will personally reach out to you with an intake form to collect additional information to create a personalized experience based on your uniqueness.
Can I book a same day appointment?
At this time you will be able to book a healing session scheduled as early as 24 hours ahead. All bookings are based on the Healer’s availability.
Is there a cancellation fee?
You will not be charged a cancellation fee as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment within the 24-hour window that it is scheduled, you will be charged the full amount. Please understand that we created this strict policy in effort to create a culture of respect and honor for our Healers’ valuable time. We do understand that life happens, and sometimes emergencies occur that might affect your appointment; exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Where will my Healing Session take place?
True Healers makes holistic healthcare beautifully convenient by providing a variety of ways to maximize access to your preferred practitioner. You may check-in through in-home visits, office visits, or in real-time through the internet!
Can I book a healing session for more than one guest?
Some modalities such as yoga and sound healing can allow groups of people. Other modalities like Life Coaching or Reiki require a more personal experience and can only be allowed one-on-one. Your Healer will send you an intake form requesting details on the number of people in attendance, if permissible. If you’d like to book a Healer for a larger group gathering or event, please submit a request through the Contact Us page.
Do you offer Healing Services to Corporate Clients?
Absolutely! If you’re interested in holistic healing services for your company and/or employees, send us a message through the Corporate Wellness Contact Page page and we’ll work with you to create a personalized package.
Do you offer Virtual and In-Person Services?
Many of our services can be offered virtually with a few exceptions, such as massage therapy and acupuncture. To see if a Healer offers virtual and in-person appointments, view their bio in the “Our Healers” section. At this time we are only servicing Los Angeles County with in person services, however Virtual Healing can take place anywhere you would like!
Where are you currently offering in-person services?
We are currently serving Los Angeles County for in-person services, but have plans to expand nationally! Stay tuned for updates as we grow!

How to Book an Appointment on the Website
Can I use my HSA or FSA card to purchase a subscription with PayPal?
Yes! You totally can, its simple. Just add your HSA or FSA card to your PayPal account and you will be able to use it as a payment for your monthly subscription.
How do I book an additional session with my subscription?
At this time, the only way to purchase an additional appointment is to purchase a one-time session with a coupon code (automaticllay emailed to you after you purchase your subscription).
