Reiki Healer | Energy Healer
“In my Reiki practice I use spiritual coaching with a Reiki healing session to bring forth whatever feelings may be keeping stagnant energy within the client’s body.”
My Mantra: I have a nightly ritual where I speak my mantras for how I want the next day to go... For example, "I will wake up energized and confident that I will reach the people who need to hear my story." My word that anchors me and guides my desire for the year is Abundance. To embody the abundant energy of joy, resources, love, and trust.
I am a vaccinated healer!
Before each session I do a little bit of coaching around what has brought them to me today and end it with “what do you want to bring into this session and what do you want to let go of?” Reiki is light energy and as a practitioner I can remove that dense stagnant energy and replace it with the light of Reiki. The light energy brings forth whatever the client was wanting to bring into session. By adding the coaching in the beginning it allows the client to guide and tailor the Reiki for their own individualized healing. Depending on what the client is looking for and the extensiveness of what is going on, the treatment plans differ. Some clients just need a reboot or a relaxation moment, so one session can bring them back into alignment. Other clients may have a deeper block happening that requires weekly sessions for 3-4 weeks. Some clients may know Reiki works for them to keep anxiety and panic attacks at bay for example and like to have weekly sessions on a regular basis. Reiki energy flows where it needs to and guides me with the recommendation of how frequent the sessions should be. Treatment depends on the individual and the level of healing the client is looking for.
My personal tagline "Feel the flow of the universe and joy will flow through you"
For as long as I can remember I knew I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives just like my grandfather did. He was a general physician, so naturally that was the path I chose as well. All throughout my academic schooling I studied to become a doctor. It was after I took the MCAT that I realized there were other avenues on the road to making an impact and healing people. I was first introduced to Reiki back in 2016 when I was on a personal spiritual journey in Thailand. After my 10-day silent meditation retreat my world was opened up to the different holistic energetic healing modalities and I even extended my trip because I knew I had to learn more. When I returned to the States, I knew deep down that I was going to mold the Western and Eastern ways of medicine together in my career, but I didn’t have the “how” figured out yet. After taking the MCAT I already felt burned out before I had even gotten to medical school, so I turned back to the holistic healing I had learned about in Thailand. With a combination of Reiki, breathwork, and coaching I started to feel like myself again and it hit me… this is my style of healing. Sometimes the Western way of medicine focuses too much on treatment and misses the mind and soul aspect of it. For a well-rounded, whole body diagnosis you need it all. Body, mind, and soul. Reiki energy healing is my specialty and my way of working in conjunction with the Western and Eastern ways of medicine. It was my piece in the puzzle of medicine and holistic healthcare.
Everyone’s healing journey is different and each one is unique in its own way. At the core of human experiences are the feelings of wanting to be seen, heard, loved, and safe. That’s where I come in. I create and hold space for you to feel however you want to feel. I give you the time, focus, and energy to allow yourself to open up and feel seen, heard, loved, and safe. I may not know exactly what you’re going through or what you are feeling, but I do believe in you and will be there for wherever your healing journey takes you. I see the world in waves. The ups and downs, the ins and outs, and the stillness in between. There is no right way to heal, but I can help you navigate whatever wave you’re riding out.
In my experience there are three main things that clients may experience during a Reiki session. First are the sensations of the energy itself that can be felt as a heaviness, a pulsing, or just a sense of closeness. Second are different feelings that arise that may be tied to the block that is being worked on and an overall feeling of calm and relaxation. Third are memories or visualizations that come to consciousness during the session. I always tell my clients to try not to guess where I’m working and just surrender and relax when these different experiences come up. Anything that arises for a client has a reason behind it and is part of the healing process.
Reiki Healing Session:
60-minute session that includes spiritual coaching, shamanic music, and Reiki energy. Reiki is given through the hands of the practitioner at a distance of 3-4 inches from the body and through a light, non-invasive touch in some cases. The practitioner works all over the body using the chakra system as a map of the body and is guided by the Reiki energy on what areas to focus on.
