Please share your “why” for why you decided to pursue your healing practice.

I would say that my path chose me rather than me choosing my path. I feel that I was born with a heightened intuitive body awareness that I continue to cultivate over my life. Being a strength and conditioning coach, I have spent lots of energy training strength and power. In fully committing to learning Chinese Medicine, I started to understand a more balanced way of living. I became aware that nature holds the wisdom to how to live more peacefully and holistically. My experience of how I learn grew beyond books, classrooms, and exams. I found that the more I worked on my own physical, mental, and spiritual challenges, the better practitioner I became. I now am able to connect with people in a way that is more supportive to who they are as individuals. This life journey is constant. We will always be facing change in ourselves and outside of ourselves. What an honor it is to help people to realize their own healing with in. As I empower others, I empower myself, and for that I am infinitely grateful.

Insomnia, anxiety, depression, ADHD, pain, injuries, pre-surgery, post-surgery, gastrointestinal issues, Post Covid related symptoms including fatigue, brain fog, muscular weakness, difficulty breathing, spasmodic cough, detox protocols including: lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular therapy, hormone regulation, and myo-facial release.

My morning ritual which include a cup of Guayusa tea, sitting meditation, and movement practice combining Qi Gong, Yoga, deep breathwork and myofacial stretching.
