Throughout this journey as the co-owners of True Healers, we've heard a common hesitation people have in finding a healer  - how do you know who to trust? Wherever you are on your healing journey, you must feel safe. We understand how critical this is in order to take that important next step in your healing journey.

To ensure that the healers on our platform are legitimate and trustworthy, we have implemented a comprehensive vetting process that evaluates their qualifications, experience, and reputation. Initially, we require all potential True Healers to submit detailed applications that includes their professional credentials, certifications, and any relevant training they have undergone. We understand that some healers have "natural" gifts, and take additional steps to ensure they are legitimate and ready to be shared on our platform.

 

Next, we invite selected applicants to submit video responses answering carefully curated questions. Once reviewed and selected, we will schedule a live interview (either in person or via video chat), The live interviews take time and attention as we experience each healer's offerings while they demonstrate their modality - or modalities - to us as clients. Additionally, we place a high importance on this call to learn about each healer's individual journey. We listen to understand their methodologies and philosophies, ensuring they align with our platform's values and standards. We evaluate the healer's professionalism and take note of any areas that would suggest they are not ready (or simply may not be a good fit) for our platform. We feel is critical to ensure clients can count on being treated with respect and that the healer will always act appropriately in sessions.

Following these video calls, we hold ceremony to tap into our own intuition, listing and trusting whether or not a healer is right for True Healers.

The final step is conducting thorough background checks to ensure that our healers have no history of malpractice or unethical behavior. This step is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our platform and ensuring the safety of our users.
