My journey in this field of Natural Healing came from a place of immense suffering and confusion, which led to a colorful experience of cultivating compassion and knowledge to guide and encourage others on their own journey to optimal health and healing.

Learn a little more about me...
Please share your “why” for why you decided to pursue your healing practice.
I pursued my healing practice initially due to my own suffering: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, socially, and economically...and the realization that traditional methods were offering no solution or relief. Yet still bombarded with so much information and propaganda, I had to seek my own truth. As I began to learn and apply different healing modalities to my own self (which are all so intimately interconnected), and experience my own healing, it was clear to me that part of turning my pain into purpose was to share this knowledge and encourage others on their own journey to healing and vitality.
Please list what conditions or symptoms (mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual) your modality specifically works with and how it can be a healing guide to others.
My modalities address physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social components to heal collectively. As a Doctor of NaturOrthopathics, my modalities incorporate Holistic Nutrition for the body and mind (considering all components of the human being, and offering life force), Natural Health & Lifestyle for daily living, Cognitive Behavior Restructuring to set aside core beliefs and seek our own new-found truth, and Holistic Counseling, which also integrates all intimately interconnected components of the human being. As an Ordained Whole Medicine & Healing Minister and Spiritual "Guide" (encourager), I offer the option of biblical integration, which is spiritual, not religious. My experience as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer has led me to path of offering Functional Fitness from home or anywhere, with no need for travel, extra space, or expensive equipment. Of course acquiring these degrees and certifications has been quite a journey, and brought me from much pain to much purpose, and that's what I desire for you and everyone you love!
Please share your number 1 go-to practice for self-care.
I am a very busy body, always moving and doing something. So my number one go to for self-care is quiet time, to be still and reflect, and most importantly to nurture my spirituality.
Please share your best piece of personal advice.
Somewhere along the way, I read something to this effect, "Effectively helping people is 15% what you know, and 85% how much you truly care. That has stuck with me, and that is my heart. I am so grateful for the knowledge, perspectives, and experiences I have been blessed to acquire, and the opportunities to share them...but more importantly profound for all of us is the empathy and compassion that we cultivate through our own suffering, that drives us to help people with love and sincerity.
