Please share your “why” for why you decided to pursue your healing practice.

I decided to pursue Integrative Yoga Therapy as my healing practice because the tradition of Yoga has supported me in my deepest self development and self knowing. I am passionate about sharing these side effects of yoga with others. At it's core, yoga is a philosophy of peace, non-violence, and anti-oppression. I strongly believe that Yoga is a one of many paths to a future where all beings without limit are liberated. This is why I am dedicated to this healing practice.

Integrative Yoga Therapy can provide whole-person wellness support for people navigating and managing a wide variety of conditions including: pain from various sources, heart health, sleep issues, chronic stress/burnout, bone and joint health, trauma, anxiety, neurological disorders, neurodivergency, autoimmune conditions, and more. Integrative Yoga Therapy is LGBTQIA+ affirming.
