Please share your “why” for why you decided to pursue your healing practice.

I am what is known as a Prime Nurturer.
Feeding things is what I do. It's what I'm built for and why I'm here.
For decades, I did it as a chef in some of the best kitchens in Los Angeles.
Today, I feed people's spirits.
The job is the same. The passion is the same. The intensity is the same.
The results are longer lasting, and the healing is deeper.

Breathwork, meditate, journal. Everyday. Non-negotiable.

The highest leverage, greatest impact activities, with the lowest cost and output from you, are breathwork, meditation, and journaling.

If you add, at some point in your day, every day:
10 minutes of focused, intentional breathing
10 minutes of any type of meditation
10 minutes of journaling (no topic or prompt necessary, just pure brain dump)
You will be a different person in 30 days.
Your life will be unrecognizable in 90 days.

All of these are free, can be done anywhere, at any time of day, and require (almost) no materials or planning. Even the journaling can be done on a napkin or the back of an envelope with a borrowed pen or a swiped IKEA pencil.
