Please share your “why” for why you decided to pursue your healing practice.
My motivation for pursuing a holistic healing practice is inspired by my unique healing journey, which has incorporated mindfulness, stress management, subconscious reprogramming, spiritual growth, and ancient energy awareness. Therefore, I am on a mission to empower humankind in remembering their body's innate ability to heal from within, limitless potential, and divine gifts.
Please list what conditions or symptoms (mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual) your modality specifically works with and how it can be a healing guide to others.
All three modalities I integrate provide spiritual hygiene and promote the body's innate ability to self-heal from autoimmune conditions, chronic diseases, and general pain management, paired with subconscious reprogramming of limited beliefs, habits, and fears. It's a healing guide for others because all three modalities align the mind, body, and spirit, which is imperative to live a purposeful life.
Please share your number 1 go-to practice for self-care.
My number 1 go-to practice for self care is forest bathing as trees emit healing frequencies which positivitely impact my mental and pysical wellbeing. It helps me with stress management, feel more grounded, boosts my mood, and promotes the general mental clarity I might be seeking.
Please share your best piece of personal advice.
Start living an intentional life sooner rather than later and be grateful for what you do have instead of what you don't yet by practicing awareness to align a grateful mindset, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with the life you want to experience. For example, set an intention for the kind of day you want to experience and think of at least 3 things you are grateful for. Make the daily choice to live in the present moment, rather than the past or future. As a result of becoming more mindful and practicing daily gratitude, you'll become a conscious co-creator of your reality because you do deserve joy, health, happiness, peace, abundance, love, and support.
