Please share your “why” for why you decided to pursue your healing practice.
My journey into healing work wasn’t a single decision—it was a series of awakenings. I’ve always been drawn to the quiet intelligence of the body, the way it holds stories, tension, and resilience. Over time, I realized that true transformation doesn’t come from fixing symptoms—it comes from listening deeply, regulating the nervous system, and creating space for the whole person to emerge. I chose this path because I believe healing should be accessible, beautiful, and empowering. I wanted to offer more than just tools—I wanted to co-create experiences that help people feel safe in their bodies, clear in their minds, and connected to their inner wisdom. My practice blends neuroscience, somatic therapy, fascia release, and trauma-informed care with a strong emphasis on visual clarity and emotional resonance. It’s not just about what we do—it’s about how we do it, and how it feels. This work allows me to meet people in their most tender moments and walk alongside them as they reclaim their vitality. It’s a privilege I don’t take lightly. Every protocol I design, every breathwork sequence I teach, every visual I craft is rooted in the belief that healing is both a science and an art—and that everyone deserves to feel whole.
Please list what conditions or symptoms (mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual) your modality specifically works with and how it can be a healing guide to others.
Somatic therapy is a beautifully integrative modality that addresses the full spectrum of human experience. Mental & Cognitive Conditions Somatic therapy helps regulate the nervous system, which in turn supports cognitive clarity and emotional resilience. - Anxiety disorders (generalized, social, panic) - Depression and low mood - PTSD and complex trauma - Obsessive-compulsive tendencies - ADHD and attention dysregulation - Burnout and chronic stress - Sleep disturbances (insomnia, restless sleep) - Cognitive fog or difficulty concentrating Physical Symptoms & Somatic Complaints Because trauma and stress are stored in the body, somatic therapy can relieve chronic physical tension and pain. - Chronic pain (especially neck, shoulders, back, hips) - Digestive issues (IBS, constipation, bloating) - Migraines and tension headaches - Autoimmune flare-ups (when stress is a trigger) - Pelvic floor dysfunction - Somatic dissociation or numbness - Fatigue and low energy - Breath restriction or shallow breathing - Muscle tightness and fascial rigidity Emotional Dysregulation Somatic therapy helps clients build capacity to feel and process emotions safely. - Emotional numbness or shutdown - Overwhelm and flooding - Anger issues or irritability - Grief and loss - Shame and guilt - Fear and hypervigilance - Difficulty expressing emotions - Attachment wounds and relational trauma Spiritual & Existential Challenges Somatic work often opens pathways to deeper self-awareness and spiritual integration. - Disconnection from self or purpose - Feeling “stuck” or blocked energetically - Loss of meaning or existential anxiety - Spiritual bypassing or avoidance - Difficulty grounding or feeling embodied - Desire for deeper alignment or authenticity - Integration of psychedelic or peak experiences Who Benefits Most? Somatic therapy is especially powerful for: - Highly sensitive individuals - Trauma survivors (including developmental trauma) - People with chronic illness or pain - Those seeking holistic healing beyond talk therapy - Clients navigating major life transitions or identity shifts
