Please share your “why” for why you decided to pursue your healing practice.

Energy healing is truly who I am. As I kid, I was always very sensitive and didn't realize that I was an empath. I would pick on other people's emotions and could literally feel them through. As I got older and understood my gift, I realized that I had something to share. To hold space for healing for others to act as a reflection, their mirror to becoming their own healer.

Nature is my number one go-to method for healing. It helps me to stay grounded and connected to Mother Earth. Especially when I feel drained, stressed or depleted. I also do altar work where I connect with my Ancestors. They provide me with so much power!
